I used my excess fresh peppermint to make fresh ginger/peppermint green tea yesterday.
I brewed green tea hot in my coffee maker...and then let it steep with the bags, crushed fresh peppermint, and shredded fresh ginger root for 4 hours as it cooled down. Then I strained it and chilled it over night.
It's hitting the spot today!
