Another reason we should all find alternatives to Monsanto products, especially round-up

Used as it was originally intended glyphosate is a useful product but it was never intended to be used directly on food.

Someone should force that crap down the Koch brother’s gullets.

Horrible. And I just saw where Monarch butterflies are in deep trouble from chemical pollution.

RT.com as in Russian Television .com?

@Countrywoman Yes, RT as in Russian Television. As a news organisation they report news, surprise surprise. They report what they deem newsworthy, as other media does. It is what goes unreported that interests me.
As a Russia source seems to confront your sensibilities, here is the original source. The source that RT decided to report on. If you see no mention in your usual media sources, then perhaps you understand why I purposely look at foreign, non English media as well. You often discover perspectives you had not thought of.

I haven't used Round Up in over 10 years, and plan to never use it again.

As with any other petrochemical, round-up, if not stored, applied and handle properly will cause issues.

What really chaps my ass isn't round-up by itself, but the power that Monsanto has built with it.
Here we have a company that has put a product on the market that they themselves know has serious human side effects. They have worked long and hard to silence and discredit any long term studies and their findings.

I could go on for a fort night about how much I hate that disgusting ass company, but I don't need to. A brief peruse of the interwebs is all anyone needs and you'll figure it out!

I'm more concerned about the food that I eat than the products that I use. We have no way of knowing for sure if glyphosate is "coming to dinner".

Freaks me out they find it in honey, that most puristic of food production.

@powder I'm not the least bit surprised.
