Whew. 4.5 hours to clean up, edge, weed, manure, and mulch the asparagus bed. Think I'll postpone a hike through the woods until tomorrow, if I can move. Where's the Chardonnay? ???

So far, last 6 years have produced way more than two oldsters can eat. But asparagus pesto is a great way to preserve it. I just made some stir fry and threw in a "pesto cube" ......
Looks like you cleaned the fence , as well !
