Hello fellow plant lovers!

Does anyone have:
Arnica montana
Chamaemelum nobile or Matricaria chamomilla
Or/and
Achyrocline satureioides
?

I grew up with these plants. My grandma, italiam immigrant born in 1912, had all kinds of medicinal plants and cured all kinds of aches and pains with them, plus helped with digestion, insomnia, anything you can think she had something for it.
I miss that.
I was wondering if anyone grows it and if you could share the technique and if I could buy seeds or preferably a plant.
(I know I can find most of the plants you name it online, but its not as fun and special).
Thanks

We drink camomile tea all the time here in Spain but we don't grow it ourselves I'm afraid. We just buy it at the supermarket. I'm told it is easy to make yourself if you are growing the flowers. Just steep a spoonful of the dried flowers in boiling water until the drink is as strong as you want it. Good for the digestion!

Yes, it is flavorful, helps with digestion, reduce stress and makes you calm. I love it.
I actually just found chamomile plant for sale on our local garden club plant sale. 😀 I bought 2 pots.

A great hobby and cool family link. Please share when you find them. My community garden has a couple of herb growers but I haven't heard these being grown.

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
