Pretty neat looking. Maybe it will catch on.
Looks like most of those 'rooms' are for Mason Bees. [gardeners.com] One big problem, though, is that there is a mite that gets on the larva and then infects the young bee. One has to remove the larva and wash them off. You can even get a small box and stuff it with light paper (TP0 and add the larva. Put the box in the fridge for the winter and in the spring put a hole in one end and point it toward the sun. The larva will wake up and exit through the hole toward the sun. I have tried this but it is work. Some bees as Bumble bees hibernate in the soil.
