I checked with Raintree nursery, the main supplier of fruit plants in W. Washington [raintreenursery.com] and Honeyberry is listed. They list several varieties and for cold climates there is Berry Blue and Blue Bird. Interesting, I had heard of this fruit but never looked into it.

@OwlInASack I think it’s a cold climate berry

@OwlInASack We have what is known as a temperate climate. Sort of like you described.

@Ladydiana The catalogue says it's a cold climate berry but is also good in our moderate and temperate Pac. NW climate.

Expect to wait two or three years before you get any berries. Fyi

@Ladydiana That's a normal amount of time. I planed a Mulberry and it takes even longer.

@JackPedigo what do they taste like?

@Ladydiana I have no idea. I have never grown or tasted these berries. Interesting idea, though but I am starting to get burnt out with gardening especially since I have to do it alone.

It’s a special hybrid berry only in nursery s

Never heard of it. That doesn't necessarily mean a lot. Always willing to try new fruits though. Vegis, not quite as quick.
