Picked 9 1/2 lbs of Raspberries today - still more to ripen - looks like some Raspberry wine will be made... I will wash and freeze them on sheet pans and then pack in vacuum bags for freezer storage until I finish with the harvest.

Those look awesome. What will you do with them? Freeze? Can? Sell? Eat right away? I know what i would do! Eat them. rasberries with everything !

I will freeze them for now until I finish picking the rest that aren't ripe yet and see how much I end up with. Will probably make sone Raspberry wine and some jam too.
