Anyone else in this group that has an education or career in agriculture or horticulture? I'd like to have some technical discussions, if so. I have a BS in Crop/soil from Mich State and a career as a crop consultant and independent contract researcher doing efficacy and pesticide residue studies.

I have an associate from the agricultural Institute at NCSU in ornamentals and Landscape. I do specialize in organic gardening and perennials

I have a background in horticulture, mostly plant identification, landscaping. Not really any chemical knowledge

Lol! now that you mention it. Then you get into hybrids. Some have so many different varieties, it's endless. 😀

I'm impressed, but sorry, what I know I learned by trial and error and could likely fit in a thimble. (Quilt reference 😉 )

I'm self-learning, so doubt I can be much of a conversationalist.
