Plants almost ready to go in the garden, After the rain I have to wait for the ground to dry some.

All right! Been working on restoring a wetlands near my bros house by the lake. There is a gorgeous rain garden and a wetlands full of invasives. My brother and I are removing the crap and reintroducing natives with feeding properties, with the "local gentry" in mind (deer, rabbits, birds, etc). Lots of introduced berries, lots of pollinator/butterfly friendly undergrowth, like nettles and Anise Hyssop, Golden Alexander, Turtle Head and Pussy Willow are doing well. Lots of rain and lots of progress!

That is awesome!

@kenriley I am super impressed. I need a greenhouse like that to start my plants...they get crammed into the garage with everything else... I also love your big garden plot. That's the sort we had on the farm when I was a kid. 🙂

Wow, you've got quite a setup. Ah, you're in Kentucky. Thought it looked a lot like east TN.

@kenriley Same in TN only perhaps a little redder.

Thank you. That's a big scale. It looks like a business.

I hope you show an after photo too. 😛

@kenriley That sounds wonderful. You have my admiration.

Posted by KateOahuI saw some pretty flowers on a walk today. I’d never seen a white Hibiscus before. And I do not know what the pink flowers are.
