And people saying his going to prison was "an injustice" not because he didn't do it but because his lawyer is claiming that he had an immunity deal with the previous prosecutor that was never put in writing....
I guess we are going to start seeing a lot of this new "Cosby defense" just like we saw a rash of the "Twinkie defense" with Harvey Milk.... From "it wasn't me it was the Twinkies" to "it wasn't me it was the Puddin..."

There is a big difference between presenting a defense and having a jury accept it, or it being valid on appeal.
@glennlab Apparently the "Puddin defense" worked for Cosby...
