"Let there be light" but there was nothing to see
If God spoke in the vacuum of space, but there was no one around to hear him, did he make a sound?
God, being god, both can and cannot do the impossible, you see (said the blind man).
"Let there be light!" And there was light, and you could see for sodding miles!
Obviously light as in sunlight & not erudite intelligent enlightenment?
Kinda hard to have sunlight without a sun, which was created three days later, according to the mythology of Genesis.
