Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.The trick is to tenderize the pineapple chunks first. I use a pressure cooker. Core chunks take a few minutes longer. Thin slices work. Chicken ads a meat mouth texture. Grilled chicken even better. Standard tomato sauce (not so much!) and a good thin yeast dough is best. Lots of Mozzarella. A splash of EVOO.
