Worked for me (lost 50 lbs over eight months) and three years later its still off and I feel great

They are scams...even Weight watchers knows the truth...They are in it for the money...and they know that there's many wealthy folk out there willing to throw money at the problem.
I've watched a friend slowly gain weight over the years. I've begged and pleaded...just go hungry for a little of the day...
It doesn't work.

@OldGoat43 A dear woman friend. We used to be lovers...but she gained weight and I got turned off....still friends...I still "love" her...just not "in love"...
