If you need this....you need to eat more salads, fruits, and veggies. Pooping should take less than 10 seconds.....otherwise, your diet is fucked up and you are at serious risk for colon cancer. Eat more plant fiber.

I guess if you eat tungsten and bananas then you have a hard time to flush it and need a knife...
