@Boogey not as bad some people but yes if i sleep 7 hours ill wake up 3-5 x . on average I spend 8 hours getting around 6 hours of sleep per night
Yep, sleep can be a great ease & escape. Of course, the guy above looks more like he's been knocked unconscious & thrown in the back of a car!
