There are so many specific holidays between Thanksgiving and Orthodox Christmas that it boggles the mind. ?
@Science-guy winter is the time to celebrate, the crops are in, it's too cold to stay outside too long and the wine has reached its peak alcohol content and ready for sampling, and in northern climes the snow slows the game down so they are easier to kill.
