We were the remote control.
I walked uphill to school - both ways (I actually did - because there was a big hill at either end of my walk which was 1 1/4 miles - and no school bus because the town was ridiculous and thought we needed the exercise or something - even WITHOUT sidewalks. Really fun in a New England Winter! lol

& they all went off the air around midnight & just showed a test pattern all night!
