@Livinlife The only place to live in this state is Omaha. I moved 80 miles from there, and now I am stuck with my house! I'm gonna renovate and sell the damn thing.

@Livinlife I'm trying to move back to the Southwest. If things don't get better with politics, I'll move out of the country. In the US Nevada, somewhere near Vegas (maybe a burb). No state income tax. The only state that does not report earnings to the IRS, and houses that are worth 5X mine have about the same land tax per year. Good weather. No snow. Plus if close enough to Vegas, you can see a show, or a concert about any day of the week!
