Plus the Paleo diet?. She presented me with a g-f Paleo plan to quit my meds(including for blood pressure) and just use the diet...when I said thanks but no thanks: she was so mad, it was like the Apocalypse. I found a meme that said: ‘minding your own fucking business is gluten free, add THAT to your diet’...yeah, we’ve had our moments, lol.
