Do we get a T-Shirt?
Sure! Only $19.95!
@tnorman1236 Aww, we've worked so hard, it should be free
I need this shirt. I literally hurt myself on the excercise bike at the gym
I laughed, I am sorry.
@Zoohome is ok. I laughed too.
I bike 4-6 miles a day, for 1/2 hour to an hour. My average speed is 8 MPH. On a good day I'll get 9 MPH average. I should call me club the Sloth biking club.
Biking in Florida always seemed a little like cheating_____
@EyesThatSmile Why?
@Robecology Flat, flat, flat.
@EyesThatSmile So instead of an 18 gear bike you buy a 3 or 6 speed. In this heat I find biking for just a half an hour leaves me sweaty and weak. I cover 4 or 5 miles ( 8 or 9 MPH) and it's a good, invigorating workout for me. There's plenty of folk who have bikes and don't use them; in fact just talking about it prompted me to post on FB for a biking club here where I live; I'll keep you posted on responses!
@Robecology I am one of βthoseβ...my beautiful ke sits more than it is on the road! But I can recall some pretty nasty hills. Biking in Florida is so much easier!
@EyesThatSmile I found that biking is a quick and easy way to get a good workout. Once you have a routine, if you miss a day you "feel it"....so push yourself to get back in to it...your body witll thank you....
as long as its down hill and wind at my back im in
