Initially I would also ask that questions, but...
I've participated in an annual international scavenger hunt for the past 4 years, and it has tasks that might very well include this sort of thing. I shaved the scavenger hunt logo into the back of my head (hair - not actually in my head) one year, and they usually have some sort of a Tattoo Task as well.
Most of the tasks are fun and creative, but many also involve giving back to the community (whatever community you live in, or to the world - this year we planted trees, for instance.) 
It's super fun, stressful and crazy - it's a week long event.
