Having been married to a religious man for 25 years before he died, I have to say it was never an issue between us. Maybe I'm a bit more tolerant of people who can't let go of their fantasies. He carried a lot of childhood trauma and his religious beliefs gave him great comfort. However, I believe it was my loving and the fantastic sex that gave him the most comfort. Never is a small space.
