Absolutely! Pay no attention to the Philistines responding here. Even Medium is pushing it, I want it Rare to Medium Rare & I want to see that blood ooze! If I'm going to be a carnivore, let's do it right!

I don't really like it when the cow is bleeding on my plate, or when I stab it with my fork and knife it moos at me. Sorry. I'll go medium well if it is a good cut of meat. Cooked just right, well done can be .....well done.
