Mix and place between the asphalt and tire?
@Zoohome Yeah a friend of mine did that to his neighbor who used to rev his engine every morning and burn out. Since radials weren't as good back then it resulted in not only blowing out the cars transmission but it ripped chunks out of all four tires.
