I'm self employed... so #6 except the easy chair would be a chaise lounge at a luxury resort, waiting for my spa treatment. 
Truth be told, I'd likely keep working until my current bookings are done - I just wouldn't take any new ones. I'm pretty happy as I am and having more money isn't likely going to increase my happiness, at least until travel is safe again. It might just make life more confusing, so... good thing this is hypothetical!
