@Pralina1 looks like a miniature lobster, nickname mudbug. Very messy to eat and for some reason people seem to think that they need to be seasoned hot enough that there is no doubt that you will wash your hands for more than just 20 seconds before you touch anything.

@Pralina1 You bet. I go back to Louisiana about once a year during crawfish season, that fills my need for another year. All the other seafood, I pig out on, but that one is too much work.
