I used to raise meat rabbits, they were tasty.
@glennlab My ex-SIL did, too, and I was able to enjoy rabbit at her house when visiting in Oregon. And I ate rabbit stew in Malta (their “national dish” ) while there, which is the best rabbit I’ve ever tasted. I’ve tried making it with the frozen rabbit for sale in our market here, but it wasn’t as good. I think I might try again, using a pressure cooker.
@MsKathleen I have yet to find a way to prepare the frozen rabbit that tastes good. My ex bought it several times and brought it to my house for me to cook. We finally gave up.
