I think most of us, or a good number of us in any case, remember Crocodile Dundee! 😉

Was in Army and went Hawaii for a couple of months just after it was released. Had the best time, girls used to melt every time I spoke; "Are you Ossie? (eyelashes fluttering)". Me and me mates had a ball night clubbing. Good memories and excellent time to be an Aussie in the states. 88ish I went over.

@puff When I was in the Air Force, I had the opportunity to participate in joint a training course (low-level tactics school with C-130 crews) with Aussies, Brits and Canadians. It was the best time of my entire career in the military! The drinking games were, let's just say, olympic! 😉
