The 4th of July is right around the corner . What are the North Carolina laws regarding fireworks ? Legal fireworks: snake and glow worms, smoke devices, noisemakers like snappers and string poppers and wire sparklers. The following are illegal to possess in North Carolina: firecrackers, fireworks that spin on the ground, roman candles, bottle rockets, and any aerial fireworks. You can however purchase as many guns and assault weapons as your heart desires. In order to possess the illegal fireworks, you have to jump through many hoops and go to safety classes. in order to purchase an assault weapon you go to a gun show or Walmart and buy one.
Its sad isn't it? No priorities. The world laughs at our stupidity.
I will never understand the reasoning except it is money related. I'm also thinking of lawn darts.....don't want people killing each other with them
The max capacity for any weapon in your state is 10 rds. Pistols might be different.
Bump stocks are legal. no permit/ background checks is required for the sale of most firearms at gun shows and fairgrounds. Assault weapons are legal with a permit.
@Kojaksmom Yep. It's just considered a part. You can go online and order almost anything, and have it shipped to your door. Only thing you can't for your your typical AR-15 is the lower reciever. That's the only thing they can't ship (unless you have a FFL). It's the only part that has a SN, and is just a piece of plastic. IIRC California made them illegal. Maybe a few other states.
