I don't understand why ammosexuals are so afraid of gun control. They absolutely will not budge even the tiniest bit. I think I have shot down and backed up every excuse they have for their gun fetish some more than once, like the one about protecting their family. I doubt 15 people are going to break in their house at the same time, while they are there. Usually if someone is trying to take something important away from you, you make small compromises in order to keep as much of whatever it is intact. These people refuse to compromise on anything.

What I am concerned about is people who think they should be allowed to bully others because they don't like something. I'm concerned with people who want to change something because of fear, lack of knowledge and lack of understanding. I'm also concerned with those same people taking my rights away or inhibiting my rights to the point that I'm left defenseless and unable to protect myself and my children because of how they feel about something. It's not all about you and what you want. What other people need and want matters just as much.
Was it really necessary to make a comment on penis comparisons? That comment says alot about your character and that you aren't mature enough to make major decisions for yourself or anyone else .. peace

I didn't say anything about dicks. I know and you know that that whole thing about protecting your family is bullshit, you are more likely to win the lottery than have somebody break into you house while you are there. Just say it "you like guns" instead of coming up with excuses to have one. With a few exceptions the only legitimate reason to own a gun in this country is target shooting and putting food on the table. How about my right to not get blown away at the; mall, movie theatre, school, church, work, concerts or just minding my own business. Your toys are not more important than my life, or kids being scared to go to school. None of these are more important than your bullshit excuses.

Maybe if I was permitted to have a firearm in the place I was the day I was sexually assaulted then that would have turned out differently. But then again you really don't have to worry about that, now do you? Let's ask Chicago residents how their strict gun laws are working out for them? Better yet, let's ask my friend who was shot by some punk when he was walking on the sidewalk outside his home and left him crippled...all over being robbed for $5, if he would be better off carrying a firearm? We could also ask another friend (female) about the time a man had road rage passing her then blocking the street so she was forced to stop her car. He then got out and approached her car.....to do what? Lucky for her she carried a firearm and upon him seeing it he turned around and went back to his car and left.
We live in a world of cruel, self absorbed people who do not value human life. Those people running around purposefully shooting others are not law abiding citizens...they are criminals and could give 2 shits about gun laws.

The fact that gun control has not affected violent crime rates in any country. People say it worked in Australia, but we just increased the number of dead to be declared a mass shooting and google has successfully censored Australia's post 1996 mass shootings from the internet.
I never thought I'd see the day where even the internet was censored by the western governments. I thought that kind of tyranny was only for oppressed people, not us.

Not to bust your balloon, just voting out Republicans doesn't mean we're in the clear, ammosexuals are going to keep trying to own Congress. There is no guarantee they could come at it from a different angle. We have to start with the election process, make it so that candidates don't need ridiculous sums of money to get elected.
