Texans and most of those living in religious areas are real prudes. To them it is make war not love. It is okay to have people killed just don't let them attend a sex education class!!!

I checked out the FB page. We keep saying that something has to be done and I think the only way to do it is get rid of everyone in Congress who voted against gun legislation and make it the new single issue voting platform

When I write my Congresswoman (both senators are women and Democrats) their reply usually has something about their supporting the 2nd amendment. Even they are nervous about upsetting certain people!
@JackPedigo that is so wrong. The second amendment is misread as far as I am concerned
@AmelieMatisse I totally agree and I believe they do as well. It's all about getting votes and trying not to seem extremist for either side. I just heard that this year an extreme conservative, Susan Hutshinson [kgmi.com] is trying to unseat Maria Cantwell. It won't happen. The area is far too liberal and Hutchinson is far too conservative.
