Strikes me as being like deciding to change your shoes when you're on the sinking Titanic with a third class ticket. Namely, if you're about to drown, what does it matter what shoes you are wearing.

Totally agree. There are not enough safeguards for what the Lib Dems are trying to achieve.

That plus the fact the majority of their upper echelons are Tory colonists. I know some great people at the bottom of their party, but the top has earned the name Fib Dem. Can't be trusted.

It won’t settle the Brexit issue. We needed to get a people’s vote on the deal proposed by Boris v remaining in the EU, before we had a General Election.
