People who come to almost a complete stop before a simple turn...especially without using their turn signal.
People who don't know how to use the entrance ramp

Kohl's shoppers... They drive down a 35mph road to get there doing 20, slow down to go down a slight hill and brake to make a 90 degree corner. I have made this trip doing 70 and know no brakes need to be involved. People shopping next door at Lowe's don't do that, nor do people going through to the intersection, only fucking Kohl's shoppers. I keep hoping that store burns to the fucking ground.
