Last night Europe should have been glued to TV sets watching the Eurovision Song Contest taking place in Rotterdam in the Netherlands...sadly it was cancelled due to Coronavirus. This is the song, sung by James Newman, which would have been the U.K. entry. - My Last Breath.

There was another show which pitted several countries, France, Italy, Germany and England to some funny physical games. Forgot what it was called but it was always fun and funny.

It was called Jeux Sans Frontiers....(Games Without Borders).
@Marionville Yes, and after a while it seemed every nationality had a specific culture (the Italians were always the comics and the Germans, of course, very serious.
One chanel has been paying rerunsof previous years ad nauseum.

Yes...I studiously ignored it last night, however the songs weren’t all rubbish, there were many really good ones especially in the earlier years.
