John Lennon’s Imagine has been covered by many artists and here is yet another one...a very beautiful orchestral one by Orquestra Ouro Preto from the city of Belo Horizonte in Brazil. This orchestra of young professional musicians specialises in covering the music of well known rock and pop artists and bands.

Yes..they’re a very accomplished group of young musicians.
Not much from the 3 electric guitars but it was nice to see Mr Bean on cello! Lovely to see such happiness from the 2nd violinist. Pleasantly done.

They weren’t needed in this particular number...but this was only an excerpt from a 90 minute orchestral concert of Beatles music. In a few of the other songs the guitars played a central role.
