Today I’m posting this old film from 1942 of Carnival Time in Brazil. In Europe and much of the world WW2 was raging, but in Rio de Janeiro the fun and jollity went on regardless, an ocean away on a different continent. This film is a bit jerky and flickering as it’s old film reel being shown on a 16mm projector. - Brazilian Music & singer Elsie Houston.
