The company of people in the various clubs I belong to: book, coloring and two Italian language. I am a widower, live alone and hate it; try to be with people as much as possible.

Sleep, when I can get it. 🙂 I am pretty high energy when I am up and about, though.

I think I used all of that up but when I need it I just assume I have it until it's obvious I don't.

Uhm, mine waxes and wanes. I'm either going 90mph like a rabbit or being roadkill.
Good sleep and B Complex drops helps a bunch. The fast rabbit phases are fading however :/

yes , and greed and adventure fuel my fire

I am not a high energy person, never have been. However, at present I need more exercise and definitely need more sleep.

1

Yes. And I maintain my energy by [mostly] eating right, getting proper sleep, and MOVING. The human body is a use-it-or-lose-it kinda thing.

1

I’m always sooooo drained... 😟

try Nature's Bounty Vitamin B Complex sublingual drops. As good as a B12 shot for me.

Surprisingly I have a pretty good amount of energy to me.. Despite the rigors of my past few years I still manage to pluck up the energy for the day.. Coffee helps that's for damn sure but without it I can manage just fine.

Just enjoying life, about to have my 1st coffee of the day, then walk into the ocean and swim the tide home.

I haven't had energy since I was 12 years old. My energy levels dropped off a lot when I was in 9th grade, and never recovered. I do notice a difference when I eat a strict whole, raw, plant-based diet, though; my energy levels noticeably increase — but not to the point where I'd consider myself to truly be energetic. A little exercise can help, too.

I had less energy before taking thyroid replacement hormone. Turned out I had Hashimoto's Disease.

@Kassie Sorry for your friend. Luckily it’s manageable.

1

Coffee of course ... but in general I have better energy now that I’m vegan than before. ... also when completely wiped out sexual energy can amaze oneself, that’s the real resurrection.

1

Coffee. Particularly at the end of day.

1

Yes! I have an enormous amount of energy. Being among good company and having good conversations , vitamin/mineral supplements, good sleep, working hard and feeling productive, regular exercise, attention to my appearance, COFFEE, and finally: rest and relaxation a must (easy music, bubble baths, watching rented movies in bed, cooking).

1

My brain and my body are in two different timetables. Pain factor neglected or not observed. Caffeine is Source.

1

I am nothing but energy when I'm truly rested.
I take daily supplements and different herbal extracts. I love my different herbal teas.

1

No, not really but I do get a natural buzz if I find something interesting to do and sometimes have to finish it. I'm all or nothing by nature and don't do things by halves.

2

now I am 70 I have energy at different times in the day and often have to have a power nap to catch up a bit
