Do you normally have a lot of energy? What boosts your energy?
Yes people call me hyper or Energizer Bunny. .....keeps me on the political campaign trail. ....a woman who loves me boosts my energy round the clock
I am not a high energy person, never have been. However, at present I need more exercise and definitely need more sleep.
Yes. And I maintain my energy by [mostly] eating right, getting proper sleep, and MOVING. The human body is a use-it-or-lose-it kinda thing.
I’m always sooooo drained...
try Nature's Bounty Vitamin B Complex sublingual drops. As good as a B12 shot for me.
I haven't had energy since I was 12 years old. My energy levels dropped off a lot when I was in 9th grade, and never recovered. I do notice a difference when I eat a strict whole, raw, plant-based diet, though; my energy levels noticeably increase — but not to the point where I'd consider myself to truly be energetic. A little exercise can help, too.
Coffee of course ... but in general I have better energy now that I’m vegan than before. ... also when completely wiped out sexual energy can amaze oneself, that’s the real resurrection.
Yes! I have an enormous amount of energy. Being among good company and having good conversations , vitamin/mineral supplements, good sleep, working hard and feeling productive, regular exercise, attention to my appearance, COFFEE, and finally: rest and relaxation a must (easy music, bubble baths, watching rented movies in bed, cooking).
My brain and my body are in two different timetables. Pain factor neglected or not observed. Caffeine is Source.
I am nothing but energy when I'm truly rested.
I take daily supplements and different herbal extracts. I love my different herbal teas.
No, not really but I do get a natural buzz if I find something interesting to do and sometimes have to finish it. I'm all or nothing by nature and don't do things by halves.
