I walked into the local Credit Union to make a cash withdrawal, when an elderly frail woman asked me to help check her balance.
So I pushed her over.

Many years ago I worked in a retail "crafts" store. One of the vendors made ceramic items with feet sticking out of the bases. Mugs, steins, toothbrush holders, ...bongs. One day an older lady is looking at this & asks what the bong was. With a straight face, I told her it was a bud vase. When asked what the metal thing coming out of it was (the stem & bowl), I just said that it was like a little microphone to talk to her plant! She didn't buy it, unfortunately, but I had a chuckle & she probably went away slightly bemused!

True story - I worked as a teller and one day a little old lady was having trouble with the heavy door. I was counting money for a deposit but looked up several times while this frail lady struggled but could not get the door open! I finally asked my customer to help her - he had his back to the door so he didn't see what was going on. I felt bad for her but it was funny.
