It happens every election where Democrats take over. It's always, "Bush left Obama with a mess", or "Trump left Biden with a mess", and Democrat fans say "well what are they suppose to do when they have to clean up the Republican's mess? It's the Republicans' fault!". Then you have the Republicans blaming the Democrats for spending money like crazy and putting us in debt, but then they turn around and give the rich nothing but tax breaks and corporations subsidies. The Dems do too, but they have somehow avoided criticism of this from half of voters. They both fuel the war machine to make corporations richer.

It's their game where a Republican brings us back 3 steps and a Democrat brings us "forward" 2 steps resulting in a net loss of 1 step in every election where there is a "change in power". Incrementalism lol. Centrists talk about incrementalism and how it really works and us "purists" just don't understand anything and want everything right now too fast. The only place incrementalism works in a corrupt system is backwards because the people in charge mean for it to work that way. They don't ever intend for anything to progress for the people.

It's not like if I own a house and tell my family....."I can fix one thing this month and then another thing next month because I don't have the funds all at once". In that situation, me not having the money all at once is true, and the other thing that's true is that I actually have my family's best interest at heart and I really want to improve our house. So that incrementalism works and we know it's coming from a place of positivity and truth. These politicians on both sides are all interested in improving THEIR HOUSE, not ours. Their interest in the public is negative while their interest for themselves is positive. It's all about them and their pay masters, the rich oligarchs that run the economy.

It's not even particularly a genius system that they set up in fooling the people. It's actually pretty transparent for people like us to see through it. I guess the issue is that the majority of voters out there aren't equipped enough to sniff out the bullshit.

The person on the Republican side that comes after Biden or Harris or any other Dem that wins the presidency is going to get worse and worse so both parties can play this negative incrementalism game to keep giving the people a negative net gain. The Dems will always continue to be "just better than the Republicans". The lesser of two evils.
