Eliminate money system being forced on people as to every person, business, school, hospital, etc., etc. has a bank account of a million billion trillion unlimited dollars.
Eliminate capitalism slavery. Intellectual property "rights" are a source of capitalism slavery. I invent the wheel. No one can produce a wheel with out me getting paid, money.
Eliminate social restrictions of people not able to have a sense of free ownership of their property. There is value when people can appreciate something and be a good steward over something when they have a since of ownership that allows it to be fully theirs.
Have the primary focus to educate people to have a sense of community. Educate people to be educated in as much as they could. Such as a free educational invention manufacturing institute on every street corner.
As people are educated to be apart of community, they then are willing to be industrious and do things as demand would need things.
What then you could be left with are those anti-community, anti-social or lazy people that are not interested in community of the people, for the people and by the people.
The bottom line would be to promote, bring about and educate homo sapian animals to not be selfish.
