On the surface, the strategy is meant to monitor and contain the United States’ more vulgar white supremacist tendencies, while overlooking a happily normalized liberal white supremacist culture.

I'll argue this is contradictory being our government is already fulfilling this description under a fake proclamation of a 2 party system. With all local, state, and national governments securing the nation under corporate and ruling class rule, we are already living within a state corporate sense of communism where the 1% grossly benefit from our labor. Our representation and the MSCM in which the 1% own run a deceitful information campaign against us, place our men and women into wars built on lies, and have for 5 decades built a collapsing economy around us also built on lies and deceptive means. They can no longer sustain an economy within a realistic means to support a nation today.
