The Persistent Myth of US Precision Bombing
Within the last paragraph of this article is a link at (photos and videos) of the damage in Mosul. I'm quite surprised this is coming from BBC, being they and NPR both played an interview of a US commanding officer over Mosul just days after declaring it ISIS free. In which he fabricated a totally false report of conditions and a time line of safe return for the civilians. Which is as the article reports, the MSM has been silent on a following up story. He claimed people would be able to start making their way back in within weeks after the roads were cleared out and bomb search. I have however read on 2 occasions a month later, then another month, work was so slow because they were left alone without proper equipment, bodies were buried everywhere within the rubble. The stench of decaying bodies in the rubble was horrific, everywhere said the journalist. (The Pentagon and the corporate media may suppress the evidence, but the mass death and destruction of American aerial bombardment are only too real to the millions of people who have survived it.)
