(How) Capitalism is a Product of Socialism
It's almost always impossible to get a republican, on the most part, and those that use the phase, "free stuff," as an argument against socialism to understand the welfare system. When my reply is geared towards what this article mentions in a couple of aspects. Bailouts, subsidy's, bankruptcy's, slashing or even total eradication of pension funds. Yea I know, I'm against both parties. But when it comes to this issue it is the republicans that are more geared to this corporate, welfare. And I find it bewildering how republicans from poverty to even the upper middle class as they have watched the effects of capitalism on people around them and themselves continue to support it. Healthcare. Free stuff is all I got from a number of family, past co-workers, and friends when Sanders was running. Who the hell said it was going to be free? It was well explained, wasn't it? A little bit of socialism, and a little bit of capitalism. While we save and everyone is covered. Hell, feel free to keep paying a private insurer if you wish. I got shit like this from my rural raised son and seen many of his friends with the same ideology. As he and a lot of them live partly off some sort of, wait for it, ready, social program/s. As probably the most socialized animal on the planet we are touched with a sense of socialism in about every aspect of life. There's not a thing you can claim to have done on your own! Unless your mother dropped you from between her legs at the foot of a mountain and you miraculously managed to stay alive and became the greatest real life Jeremiah Johnson never touching society. Why do we as a species keep fighting our own nature? Rather than allow a group of terrorist dictate a fabricated narrative life style we aren't allowed in.

That's what this whole vicious, cruel game is about.
