As I've been warning, this country is about to take a major step to the right, this along with the Kavanaugh appointment is a fairly big step. And it comes with the help of the entire democratic party. They are not fighting for you, they are indeed fighting against you! Within a dog and pony show in collaboration with the republican party. This enables the overturn of any legitimate argument one may have when it comes to their rights in a suit that can now be lost in a judgment due to ideology in the regions of these multiple judges. Also in which history tells us these judges almost always favor corporations over a person or group of people. Even if democrats are able to win back one or both of the floors, they have in these 2 years alone, allowed the stage to be set that leaves them virtually no ability to do any changes worth while to be conducted. I will argue they have purposely over the years during the past administrations since the Reagan era allowed the republicans to run rough shot using certain rules and changing rules on each floor that helped advance the agenda to move this country to the right. While when the few times they held power never managed to get anything substantial done using the same tactics. Not only that, in some cases, their weak asses allowed permanent rule changes that would even prevent them from putting forth an admirable fight in the future.
