No surprise the highest rates for uninsured 0-18 are red states and now they want more children uninsured by restricting a woman's right to choose. more angry faces!!
What I really do not understand is why the gop supporters vote against their best interests. Socialism seems just fine for the rich and the big corporate. The billions in subsidies to big oil would more than cover the insurance costs for these kids. Don't even get me started on the cost of drugs.
Yeah these states care so fucking much for the unborn but everyone else is on their own. News flash these elected officials and their restrictive controlling laws are NO DIFFERENT than Muslim Sharia Law.
Big corporate from the makers of drugs, medical equipment and the insurance industry control it all plus they get all the tax breaks. Tax payer dollars paid for many of the patents on the most expensive drugs and big pharma reaps all the profit. WE paid why is our government not enforcing the patents? rant over before I get too riled up.

I'm listening to NPR yesterday as I'm driving, for work, as I always do. They're talking about abortion clinics. AKA--Planed parenthood. Although that differentiating name didn't come up. The GOP in the talk made a statement about abortions being down as he attempted to advise their policies would further help this decline. Well, in the world according to Bill, abortions might have been declining over the years because Plan Parenthood actually fucking helps? So his advisement would be to end them!?! Ludicrous!
