Such as "I couldn't give a **** about anyone but myself and I fully intend to make myself as wealthy as I can and if that means giving all of the country's money to my financiers then that's what I'll do and screw you."

It is the end of being able to believe anything.
And if you get a lip reading expert will the words we hear still be the same as he is actually speaking? Is it really possible to make someone say stuff that they never said? I am confounded.

@rogerbenham LMAO - My detractors have called me worse. I always remember at a company course one hothead demanding to know if I am human. The course facilitator was not impressed by the question. LOL.
@FrayedBear In the Good Old Days (remember them?) there was a BBC programme called That Was The Week That Was. It was the first time that the BBC allowed the cast to make fun of absolutely anyone, HRHQE included. There was one guy who did the Prime Minister Harold Wilson. He did him so well voice analysis using oscilloscopes were done and it was well nigh impossible to say what was Wilson and what was Byrd (I think he was called). But of course Byrd was wonderfully funny.Monty Python recall that show as opening up what you could do on TV. Bit like Lady Chatterley.

@rogerbenham the latest I found was an MP's office staff member who refused to take down my complaint because I was recording what I was saying. I told him that he did not need to say anything just write down my complaint. When they say "you send a letter" I respond that I'm dyslexic & that they are being discriminatory.

@FrayedBear I have yet to be told I'm the first though the pretty girls no longer regard me as a threat. The second a friend accused me of being some ten years ago though I think really I'm a pretty good sport and of course I've lived my life outside reality to not have a clue what most people talk about. Seems such rubbish that I don't care anyway.

What this guy is doing is called Deep Fake, using a AI (artificial intelligence) program. And this isn't even a good example of it. But this isn't rocket science though. Because the biggest problem is going to be the very same problem we have today. And that's the people on social media who have allowed themselves to be conditioned in previous years under the current forms of perception management. Who refuse to withdraw from the main stream media agenda that are the tools for the establishment.
Some of those like CNN have already been caught attempting to use similar programs of the past using green screens to fake background scenes, on 2 occasions that I know of. And these AI programs will become a major issue as political foundations, NGO's, and think tanks, and various other entities attempt to spread disinformation.
Reliance on written news will become a major deterrent to combat this. Which is where the problem lies. Converting these people towards reliable news sources.
