I just received a message about certain medications that make this virus worse. I can't get a link on it though and will research it tomorrow morning. Check for more information before taking anything if you think you're coming down with this!
Ibuprofen is now being regarded as feeding and intensifies the virus. Advil is being said to kick in pneumonia.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.NSAIDs. It can't hurt to not take them during this time, just in case. They do increase the risk of a heart attack or stroke though. I also had a bout of mild gastritis from them too because they were eating away at my stomach lining. I only take Tylenol now if I have a headache......and yes, if you take too much Tylenol it's hard on the liver, but that's in high doses. People want to reduce inflammation in their body without NSAIDs? Eat right and exercise. Losing weight goes a long way.
