I would argue, what democracy. The actions of the democratic party during the primary's was a very loud statement towards there being no democracy already. Their lawyers statement in the DNC case, in court, of the DNC not being liable to run a fair unbiased primary cycle screams, you have no democracy. The fact that the leaked emails tell us they purposely wanted to propel Trump to the top of the republican primary, using the media, which the media in deed did so, and yet not one republican has taken the call to cry fowl even on their own behalf. Neither party, or member of those party's, has voiced a complaint on their own behalf or called out the other party for any sense of our democracy being made a mockery.Honduras? And how many other democratic leaders in the Latin area fell upon the same fate? Killing their democracy, it was only a matter of time to kill ours.
I have reservations about posting this, being it doesn't go anywhere near enough into the democratic side of politics in the future. The very last paragraph with no real content. For one, I wouldn't consider Mitt Romney as base. And two, the established powers, in my opinion own both party's. Trump and the republicans have had a lot of help getting done what they wanted done from the democrats. I give you a reminder of the 1-2 punch by Caitlin Johnstone.
