I went to a good friend's vegan birthday party last night. Baked four loaves of Artisan bread for the occasion and served it with olive oil dipping oils. It was a big hit.

Do you know of Zattar? [epicurious.com] It is from the Middle East and It is a mixture of Thyme, Sesame Seeds, Sumac and Salt. It can fe found in stores selling Middle East items.
