Most cake recipes can use GF flours. What do you use?

the more nutrition in "cake" the better, cocoanut, pecans, cashews, macadamias, zucchini, banana, cherries, parsnips, shredding most any good food and working it all into cake batter and oven baking fills the house with nasal delights before we can savor and swallow... add ice cream, yoghurt, sorbet blueberries or what have you on the top for frosting or butter... just love people who love food... REMEMBER THE bibles don't tell you how to cook spaghetti BUT DOES INSTRUCT READERS TO "BAKE DUNG AND SERVE AS BARLEYCAKES"
